The Matzkos, I was just thinking if your Mom today.. out of the blue. I remember how my Mumma (who passed in my arms last Easter Sunday) had much in common with your Mom, as she was in Eastern occupied zone in Germany during the war. They both crocheted and knitted. We loved your mothers rice and I recall how she planted in the back yard. I still have a comforter she gave me when I was young.. Always.. your old neighbor.. Karin Maagero aka Pummelchen..

I am very sorry to hear of Joyce's passing. I was fortunate to make her acquaintance at Blue Bird Estates where she often sat at the same table for Sunday breakfast with me and my late uncle John Fenton. She was just so lovely and I really enjoyed my conversations with her each week. She told me about how her family crossed the DMZ to freedom from North Korea, how she met her husband, and of course her children, who she was very proud of. My heart goes out to all of Joyce's family members...

Joyce was loved by many she was a beautiful lady and always talk to you and had nice conversation with people oh yes she also loved her bingo.she loved her scarf and beautiful jewelry she always looked beautiful will be missed deeply and for her daughter Dori my sister in -law I just want you to know you were a very good daughter and has a good heart she will always watch over you and your family my thoughts and prayers are with you.love Joanna
