Read MoreI have not seen Joyce for many years, but I remember receiving a beautiful letter from her on the publication of my book about growing up in Toledo and Defiance. In high school she was almost too perfect to be believed, so genuine, congenial, and always that beautiful smile, which she still has in her photo. I know her family will miss her very much.

Sending my sympathy to your family. I worked with Joyce for many years at Defiance Clinic - internal medicine department . I was able to visit with her several years ago when many of the nurses got together for lunch. Glad I have those memories of her. She always shared happy times she spent with her family with us. Thinking of your family at this time .
