It is with great sadness I have learned of Joyce's passing. We had been close friends since elementary school and shared throughout the years crazy fun, the joys of marriage and children, and difficult losses and sadness. Although many of the years of our friendship became long distant and scattered, we were always able to pickup where we left off. I wish I could share with her family and friends all the wonderful memories I have of Joyce, but I am only able to express my deepest sympathy...

Joyce was a very special person... a beautiful lady, a wonderful colleague, and a very dear friend. I met Joyce when I worked for Positively Cleveland, and we remained friends long after I had left.

I remember Joyce as a fellow "hockey mom". We spent many hours at Winterhurst cheering our boys on. No matter how late or early the hour, she always seemed full of energy. And she always greeted you with her beautiful smile. She will be missed!

Joyce was simply wonderful. Caring, interesting, interested, smart and beautiful inside and out. It's very sad to think that she won't be at the Destination Cleveland Visitor Center the next time I walk through those doors. Joyce you will be truly missed by so many people!

Joyce was the sweetest soul I have ever known, her love for life knew no boundaries and her smile, that laugh, those eyes and that magnetic personality would brighten any room.
She was a true friend, and though we lost touch over the years I will always remember her and and her place in my life.
Here's to you Joyce....

I had the pleasure of meeting Joyce at Destination Cleveland while working with the Gay Games. She is one of the most genuine, kind people I have ever met, and shared her enthusiasm for people and life with so many. Her loss is Cleveland's loss.
