Thinking of Terry, I wonder at the combination of idealism, romance and sheer guts it took a young woman to join up (not get drafted) with the Women's RAF, fall in love, and move across an ocean with her dashing gentleman, to start a new life adventure. She thus began the legacy of spirited, delightful women of the Potter-McNeill clan. It's the stuff of the movies we like to watch! I am imagining her new life now; her precious pixie-like self, dancing on clouds with her chiffon aviator...

We are so sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. She was a wonderful friend and neighbor to us when we lived next door in Nottingham. We also remember selling our green Corvair to you when you were attending UT. Our sympathy to you and Dave. We now live in The Woodlands, also.
