She was an inspiration to me in my life and helped me to form decisions at times to stay active with radio and the many causes she loved and worked hard for.
Joyce made a gigantic difference in this world and no one can erase the good she created, the love she shared, and the hope she so vigilantly kept for those who had lost or misplaced it...
