Not sure what to say?

Gail, Chuck, Chris and Jenny;
I'm so sorry for your loss, I know how close you were and how much fun Grandma was...she makes a mean spaghetti! Our thoughts and prayers are with your family always.

Scott, although I only met Joy (Joy, Joy) about 3 times she made me feel comfortable around her. The best is when I talked with her on the phone she could make me laugh even if I was blue. She will be missed. Give my condolences to the family. Love Ya Brother. TD

Jamie, Kip, Scott, Beth and Gail: Having had the privilege of growing up on 4th Street with the Russell's and so many other wonderful families, and then hearing that Joyce had passed, I was reminded of the old days. Thank you to Joyce for putting up with our loud Hide n' Seek games, Kick-the-Can, building forts in their garage rafters, an occasional lunch and being one of the great 4th Street Moms. Kip is in more of the Landberg family gathering pictures than we can count but that is the way...

Kip,
I was so sorry to hear about the death of your mom. Although I never met her personally, I feel like I knew her because you talked about her so often. I do know she had to have been one heck of a lady to raise a son who turned out to be such a great guy. Know that you and your family are in our prayers. I will see you at the service tomorrow. Let us know if there is anything we can do for you.
We Love you,
Joe, Michelle, Emily and Ethan

To Kip & the family our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of sorrow. May God stregthen you & lift you up while you remember your loving mother & grandmother. On behalf of Wade & Katie
