Joyce Irene Andersen Scharbrough

Joyce was a neighbor for so many years. She always had a smile on her face and was a lovely neighbor to have. I remember when I found out that Cari, my daughter, got to see her all the time because she was active in the drama department where Joyce worked, and Cari adored her. It made me so happy! Joyce was a wonderful person and I'm glad I knew her.
