Joyce Bolton Smith

My condolances to Joyce's husband and family. I knew her through basketry, for at least 30 years. Although we did not live close, we had a close working relationship when we taught together or socilized at basketry events. I have sweet memories of staying in your home, laughing, talking and soaking in the hot tub. We were supposed to get together just a week or so ago at a basket event. Joyce's life touched many. She was a good teacher, listener and could always find hilarity in common...

My thoughts and prayers are with Joyce's family and friends. Cherish all your wonderful memories. Joyce was so kind to me when I first started teaching At Blair Middle School.
