Joyce Sutherland was welcomed into glory, meeting Jesus face-to-face on June 8, 2024. Born August 4, 1935, she lived 88 years beloved by family and many friends. Please join us Saturday June 29th, at 10AM at Norvel Owens Mortuary to celebrate her life well-lived.
Read MoreJoyce was a beacon of light welcoming all who came to Highgate. She helped our family's transition into the community and made sure they felt safe, loved and welcome. God blessed us with her. She had a gift of remembering our names and called us by our name every time we visited Highgate. She is now glorifying God and all in Heaven.

I met Joyce when I first moved here in the late 70's at church. She and I played tennis together and she beat me every time! She was a wonderful sweet lady and I will miss her..Karen Batchelder Willis.
