Many years ago when I was an assistant principal, I had the privlege of working at Birdneck Elementary and fondly remember Joyce as wonderful person. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Joyce was my friend. Always smiling,hoping to beat this cancer. She showed unbelievable strength and courage. I will always remember her smile! She showed us all how to live full and die empty, she gave it all to us. She is in Heaven now, with angels. I miss her and I will never forget her.
