JOYCE WALE

I was saddened to learn only this week (Nov 17, 2022) of Joyce's passing. We both worked for the New York City public hospital system, the NYC Health & Hospital Corporation. Joyce was an executive in the Behavioral Health department. I was a Chief Psychologist at a hospital and union president. Joyce and I had many interactions and over time, and even when she left , we had gained enormous respect for each other. She was a smart, compassionate and strong professional. May she rest in peace....

I took Canasta lessons with Joyce and was so truly to hear the sad news. She was a lovely person.

I am so saddened to hear of Joyce's passing. She was a great colleague and friend and I am truly blessed to have had the pleasure of working with her at UHC . I will truly miss her supportive friendship and her true NY 'spunk". She was one of a kind and I will never forget her.
