My condolences. Joe was a good man. We worked together in Valley Interfaith Project
He was devoted to his wife Suzanne and his children. The world is a better place because Joe deGroot was here.

Joe was first and foremost a kind man. We spent time in Valley Interfath Project where we led legislation which provides more inclusive Respite Care for family caregivers. Hundreds of families are benefiting from this program. Thank you Joe for your dedication to justice and peace in our world.
