Not sure what to say?

The Macaraeg Family wants to send their thoughts and sorrow for your loss. My Mother Thelma sent me the wonderful and personal articles. I (Maura) have fond memories of your family growing up with Rebecca, Robert and Yvonne. I worked with your Aunt Lydia at the Telephone Company for several years and met your Mother during Lydia's illness and she remembered me from Rio Vista. Lydia and I talked about all of you a lot. Memories are a wonderful comfort. My Dad died before my 16th birthday,...

To my wonderful, precious Becca, Michael, Yvonne, John, Tita: Thank you so very much for the care you administered to my sister. You are all so very special. I pray that you are all well. You all went through a very tough six weeks (at least). I used to say "God will not give us more than we can handle" but at times I wondered. "After every storm, a rainbow and for every tear, a smile"..May God bless you and continue guiding you! I will write more later about your Mom and Dad. This...

Love you Mom and Dad! Thinking of you and miss our evening phone calls and Mass & Brunch tomorrow morning. I feel you are in a happy restful place now. Rebecca

Mary, my loving big sister:

I just can't believe that you and Johnny are gone. What wonderful memories you left behind. I'm going to miss you SO much. You know that you were my second Mom, although you were only nine years older than I. On one occassion when we first moved to El Paso and I started a new school, I vividly remember you getting me ready for school, especially curling my hair and taking me on the first day.

As a teenager, my visit with you in Los Angeles...

My condolences to the entire de la Torre family, but especially to Robert and Yvonne. You were so fortunate to have your parents to guide and love you for so many years. The obituary was such a wonderful tribute!!

To Bob & Louise... I was sad to hear of the passing of your parents. I think I met your Mom once down at Precision... many years ago. After reading the write up in the newspaper it is not hard at all to see where you and your sister get your solid values. Your parents were increcible examples of what a husband, wife, parents, and leaders should aspire to. They lived full and honorable lives... and I am certain you are very proud to continue their legacy. My thoughts and prayers are with you...

We hope that you are all comforted by special memories of both parents. Our deepest sympathies for all the family.

I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with the de la Torre family.
