May 10, 1934 – Jul 1, 2024 (Age 90)
Juan passed away July 1, 2024, with loving family by his side. A 70 year plus resident of Santa Clara County and South County. He retired from Western Pacific Railroad and his own Landscape company to travel the world and enjoy the outdoors. Though never one to stay still, he continued the growth of his Real Estate Holdings here in California and Arizona. While also finding time to develop a hotel and sports charter fishing fleet in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Along with the first indoor Raquet Ball Court in Cabo San Lucas. An avid golfer, swimmer, and sportsman.
Juan is survived by his wife of 68 years Lidia, their son’s John and Ralph. His 11 grandchildren and his 16 great grandchildren. Brothers Pablo & Gabriel and numerous nieces and nephews.
Juan was preceded in death by his youngest son Albert. Brothers Jaime, Jesus, Jose, and Ricardo. Sisters Maria & Cuca.
Services will be on Monday, July 15, 2024, at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park & Crematory 1000 1st Street, Gilroy, CA 95020 at 10:00 AM. A Private Family entombment will be held inside the Mausoleum after the services. The Family asks that in lieu of flowers please make a Memorial Donation to https://www.parkinson.org/ in the name of Juan Esquivel.
