My deepest sympathies to all of Juan's family and friends. I knew him when he worked at 46 W. 95th Street. I will always remember his warm smile and how wonderfully he interacted with the children in the building, including my daughter. He had a wonderful and kind spirit that I always appreciated and will forever miss.
