Funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy Juanita Sadler, 77, of Bonham, will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at the Living Word Church of God Hwy 82 E. Bonham, Texas. Pastor Brian K. Rayburn and Rev. David Brackett will officiate. Burial will follow in Randolph-Lindsey Cemetery. Juanita passed away Saturday, Aug. 28, 2010 at the Paris Regional Medical Center in Paris, Texas.
Juanita was born September 9, 1932 in Dyer County, Tennessee, to Willie and Blanche Welch Barker preceded in death as well as her sister Mildred Tinkler. She married Jerry Sadler September 7, 1964 in Alabama. They were blessed with 46 years of a wonderful marriage where Juanita enjoyed being a homemaker. Her hobbies included crafts, traveling, music, animals, beautiful flowers and family gatherings.
Juanita is survived by her loving husband, Jerry Sadler of Bonham, Texas; son Sammy Sadler and wife, Margaret of Bonham, Texas; daughters Donna Sadler of Gun Barrel City, Texas and Detra Turner Carnley and husband David of San Antonio, Texas, sister Mary Alice Mitchell of Memphis, Tennessee, grandchild Carissa Bowles of Commerce; family pet Cola as well as Numerous nieces and nephews in Tennessee and Texas.
Pallbearers will be Gary Monk, Robert Moody, Joseph Moody, Troy Sadler, Raymond Cartwright, and Tyler Cartwright. Honorary Pallbearer will be Galen Hartman.
The family will receive friends at Wise Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, August 31st. You may sign the online guest register at www.wisefuneralhome.com

I am so sorry to hear of Juanitas passing.She was such a sweet lady.She was always so good to me when I was little and would come down with my dad.I know she will be greatly missed.

We are saddened to learn of Juanita's passing. We have so many fond memories.....we go way back to the "race horse days" I enjoyed working with her at the bank also. She was a good person and will be greatly missed.
