Not sure what to say?

I worked with Jude on youth retreats back in the 80´s in Rensselaer. He was a fun and energetic leader of the retreat personnel. Jude was an inspiration and a friend. So sorry for this loss for both his beloved family and the Friars.

He was the holiest priest I ever met. Listening to his sermons was like listening to the voice of God. He left Winston Salem NC 15 years ago and he has never been forgotten.

I worked with Father Jude when he was in Rensselaer, New York. We did retreat preparation for youth. I remember him as such a good soul and so funny! He left a lasting impression on me. Nolleen Kelly (Sister Robert Ann)

Father Jude prepared us for marriage back in 2005-6. We are Wake grads, and we remember his campus ministry there. When we celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary next March we will say a special thank you and prayer for Father Jude. We have remembered his words of wisdom many times over the years.

My wife and I knew Father Jude for a relatively short period of time and came to hold him in high regard. We would chat with him occasionally after Mass and appreciated the visit we had with him at the rectory one day shortly after our 50th anniversary and he gave us his blessing. He was kind and compassionate and we will surely miss him. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and loved ones. May he rest in peace.

Father Jude officiated at the funeral of my sister, Jeanne Maurillo Sullivan, this past February. I'm sad to learn that he also has passed away. But I know that my sister... and my mother Mary DeLuca Maurillo... are there to greet him at the Gates of Heaven.

I first knew Jude when he was a freshman at Catholic Central High School in Binghamton. I was his guidance counselor that year. We got into a conversation about priesthood and I told home about my brother Friar Isidore Blair Ofm conv. who went home to God shortly after ordination. IN fact he was Friar Amhrien´s class. I suggested to him that he could be a Franciscan and complete my brothers work here on earth. I was so glad when one of my teachers who lived in Binghamton told me of...

We were blessed by his presence. Third grade teacher at St Peter´s School Riverside, NJ

God bless Fr. Jude - May he rest in peace. We remember him from his visits to Sacred Heart parish in Troy, NY from Rensselaer.
