Not sure what to say?

As I am nearing my retirement, I remember that my first jury trial was before Judge Fitzpatrick. It was three days after I was sworn in as a lawyer and I was nervous to say the least. My client was convicted and I was shaken. Judge Fitzpatrick called me into his chambers and gently told me of the things I did wrong but was also complimentary about the things I did well. He did not have to do that but that was the kind of judge he was. I have never forgotten his kindness.

I am so sorry to hear about Ken. I just found out today. He was a super funny guy. I loved hearing his stories, at the Wild games. I will miss him, give Maryann a big hug for me.

My condolences to the Fitzpatrick family.

He was a man of ironclad integrity and dry wit.
Peace to Mary Ann, Ann, Mark and Dan.
Eternal peace to The Judge.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Fitzpatrick family during this time of sorrow. Uncle Ken was a wonderful man and I always enjoyed our visits. Hockey invariably came up at some point. Easy to see he was also a great dad and a loving husband. What a great role model for all of us!
Sincerely

My deepest sympathy to the Fitzpatrick family.

My condolences to the family on the loss of a great guy. I appeared as a young lawyer in front of the Judge in the eighties. He was kind and patient ( unless you were acting a fool) and mentored many a young lawyer. The Judge had this wonderful dry sense of humor and such a great laugh which was always accompanied by a twinkle in his eye.
I remember how much he loved his cabin and above all else how devoted he was to his family. Blessed Be

Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of my cousin Kenneth Fitzpatrick. Although it has been many years since last seeing him, I have heard only the highest praise of his fine character. There is no doubt that his passing will be a great loss to all who knew him.

My condolences to the family of Judge Fitzpatrick. We served together on the Conference of Chief Judges. Ken was an able and effective leader of his court. Throughout his career on the bench he served his community well.
