Brian and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Judi was a very kind person that I enjoyed being with. Judi was a cousin that I grew up with. Her father Harry was a brother of my Grama Pearl Frager. It made me sad today to read of Judi's passing......she was always Judy to me....We met at the age of 8 at Keene School in DC and because our moms belonged to the same organization called The DC Cancer Aid Group and we lived in the same community (Riggs Park), they got us together. She called my mom Aunt Pinky and I called hers Aunt Shirley. We were childhood friends and followed each other through school until high school when life changed and we drifted in different directions,...
