Judith Ellen Kinker

Judy (King) Kinker was my 6th grade teacher at Alex Anderson Elementary, and perhaps my favorite teacher of all times. As a brand new teacher, she instilled a love of learning to all her students. We had such fun and were encouraged to explore our growing interests. We held a carnival fund raiser at school on the very first Earth Day to raise monies to build a Nature Center -- ultimately built at Caroline Davis Jr. High School two years later.
