When I moved to Dallas in 1976, Judy was one
of the first people I met in the bridge world. She seemed to constantly have a smile and a welcome. I know of no one who ever said anything critical of her. In later years Judy and I played as partners in bridge with some success. Family duties and financial needs limited her availability to engage in bridge, but as recently as a few weeks ago, Judy was playing bridge and was cheerful and seemingly in good health.
