Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Judith McClain was a dear friend who will truly be missed. My family joined Church of the Way eight years ago and I am honored that I got the chance to know this amazing woman. Tory and I could sit and listen to Mr. Mac and Mrs. Judi talk for hours as they shared stories of the past. I will never forget the story of their courtship when Mrs. Judi sent herself flowers to make Mr. Mac jealous. In talking to Mrs. Judi about her life two things were apparent: 1) she loved her husband and 2)...

The entire time I was at church and knew Mrs. Judi I loved and respected her.

Mrs Judi McClain was a impressive elegant lady with a magnetic personality. She was always
kind, generous, and considerate of others. It was a privilege a to know her and to share a treasured friendship with her.

Judi was always such a happy person. I enjoyed our Sunday lunches together where she made all of us laugh, especially when she insisted on ordering and eating her prohibitive desserts!

I also will remember how Judi always spoke of her 'Mr. Mac' and her 'very smart and successful son, Jim.' She was so proud of them both.

I'll always remember Judi's sweet smile that lit up a room. She was always so joyful and made everyone feel special.

I remember how impressed I was that Judi always seemed to be able to pull together and organize a meeting or luncheon for church committee meetings and fellowship.

Dear Mac:
Our prayers are with you as you grieve the loss of Judi, your wife of many years. As you remember those years together, we are sure you have good memories, especially of your time in Military Service.
We will continue to hold you up in our prayers as you begin a new phase of your life with Jimmy and his family and Rocky and that new little black kitten.
Your friends,
Ted and Judy Roeling

Judi was such a delightful lady! She welcomed me to her church several years ago and I quickly came to love and admire her. My memories are of her sweetness, her loving stories of her and Mac's life together, her delightful laugh and her generosity. (I think she would have bought my lunch every Sunday, if I had let her!) She'll be dearly missed until we meet again where she awaits us with our loving Savior.

It was such a pleasure to care for Mrs. Judi here at St. James Place. She had a spry sense of humor and a friendly smile. She kept watch over the other ladies at her table to make sure they had everything they need. She will be sorely missed here. Thank you Mr.Richard and Jim for letting us take care of her.

Judi, you were a bright spirit; great person to be around. Your zest for life shown through your conversations. You will be missed in body and spirit. God bless your life...we will miss you.
