Not sure what to say?

My dear friend, not a day goes by without thinking of you. So many memories. I miss you .

I met Judy in 1983. She was the senior editor for two of my Harper & Row books. From that time on, she was a close friend. As she took up other publishing roles, notably at Sage and Rowman & Littlefield, she asked me to write other books for her. Nor was I alone. She remained loyal to her many authors over the years, offering them guidance and encouragement. Her life could best be described as an unbroken series of mitvahs (good works). May God grant her the loving kindness she unfailingly...

Aunt Judy, as I was lucky enough to call her (she and my mother were lifelong friends), was truly one of a kind. Always with a vibrant smile, a big hug, and an opinion to offer - her knowledge was endless. The world is a little dimmer without her presence; she will be greatly missed.

To my Aunt Judy- I love you and miss you and now your pain has passed. I miss you and thankfully I have a lifetime of funny memories. Thankfully I got to speak with you the day before you passed. You are missed by the many people you touched

Judy Rothman was inspiring in her upbeat style and enthusiasms. I will remember her. She was a fun lady, smart, kind, and in many ways a pioneer in publishing.

Quite a special person - a delight in every sense of the word. She will be missed.

Judy--we only knew each other for two years before your illness, but I really enjoyed our time together at the pool. Memories are one gift of God that death cannot destroy and your water aerobics class has many fond memories of you. R.I.P.

Judy, Judy, Judy--you were one in a million. I'll miss your sparkling smile and our discussions about so many things. Your knowledge constantly amazed me. RIP my dear friend.

Judy introduced me to my husband. We are married 40 years this year so thanks, Judy. You were the best!
