Judith Wilson Widen

I met Judy at Alden Rehab last year in occupational therapy and as good Democrats we became friends. We ate lunch and dinner together every day. I will miss her. I know she wanted to vote in November. I wish i could tell her that just before she passed my friend from college passed and she was a Republican. So at least no loss no gain.

My condolences to all of us who loved Judy. She was the best listener and conversationalist I have ever met. Everyone she engaged with felt her interest, intelligence and lovingkindness. We all benefitted by sharing in her passion, love and humor. As a result she was surrounded by love and support from her large and always growing network. I am so grateful to have known her and was so lucky to be a part of her beloved family. I will always treasure the many times we spent together.

I met Judy in Alden rehab. I was a Judy also and we laughed about how many Judy's in our age group. We ate lunch and dinner every day and talked Politics. She and Claire another rehab patient and I ate with Peter Jennet. It was lively conversations and it made the time pass. I was so hoping to have a reunion with her and Claire but it wasn't to happen.
