RIP Judy Vic Genovese

My fond memory of Judy is when the ladies of Maple Ave gathered to watch the 2008 election returns. While waiting for the results we had a civil discourse on gun legislation, led by Judy (one of the Maple Ave neighbors was a gun owner). When the election was finally called, we celebrated with champagne and just a little dancing in the streets, as we crossed Maple Ave to go home. Jan, Bridget and Jim:: I am so sorry to hear of Judy's passing. I will always remember our friendship and all the wonderful times we had as neighbors on West End Ave. in Pottsville. I will never forget the day I met her. She was pushing a stroller down the alley behind our house. I knew as soon as we spoke we would be friends, as well as all our kids.
