Brown Judy A. Brown, a long-time resident of Mt. Sterling, Ohio, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on Saturday, the 8th of August, at Bluebird Retirement Community after a brave battle with cancer. She was a devoted and loving wife to surviving husband, Frank Brown for 54 years....
