I served with Judy in the Peace Corps teaching at Sekolah Menengah Sultan Abdul Halim in Jitra, Kedah Malaysia. She was a fine math teacher then and obviously continued to be one after returning to America. May she rest in peace.

Judy's stories about her remarkable travels were spellbinding. So was the way she told them -- candid, utterly straightforward, wry even. I've missed sharing lunch hours with her since she left Saint Ann's. She was a treasured colleague.
