Judy was born on February 7, 1954 and passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2019. Judy was a resident of Water Valley, Mississippi at the time of passing. Visitation will be 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at Ray Funeral Home. Interment will be in North Cleveland Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital.
