Judy Lynn Hartzell, age 62, of Alliance, died at 6:40 p.m. Saturday, March 5, 2011, at Aultman Hospital. She was born November 7, 1948, in Alliance to John F. and Betty Jane (Hively) Hartzell. Judy was a 1966 graduate of Alliance High School. She was employed as a clerk at Rudolph's Market for 9 years and Dairy Mart for 20 years. She enjoyed her trips to Florida. Judy was an avid card player and also enjoyed playing bingo. She was a member of the North Benton Presbyterian church, where she had been a Deacon. Survivors include her two daughters, Tracie Lynn and Kasie Lynn Hartzell of Alliance; two grandsons, Thomas Hartzell and Corrie Bezon III; her sister, Dorothy (Tom) Johnson of Navarre; her brother, Randy (Janet) Hartzell of Alliance; several nieces and nephews: two great-nephews and one great-niece. She was preceded in death by her parents. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 9, 2011, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor David Black, Moderator of N. Benton Presbyterian Church officiating. Friends may call one hour prior. Interment will be at Hartzell Cemetery in North Benton. Memorial Contributions may be made to the North Benton Presbyterian Church, 19035 N. Benton West Road North Benton, Ohio 44449 and the American Red Cross, Alliance/Minerva Chapter, 222 S. Arch Ave., Alliance, Ohio 44601. Arrangements are by Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home, 75 S. Union Ave., Alliance, Ohio 44601.
