Judy was my next door neighbor when we were both just kids. She was a beautiful girl inside and out. So kind. We would sit in her front yard on a summer evening wondering what 10th grade would be like, counting the days until we got our drivers license and hoping against hope we didn't get that tough teacher for geometry! As many young friends do, I lost touch with Judy over the years, but I never forgot her kindness to me during a time when I was struggling with family issues and the passing away of my mother in 1974. I always hoped I would have a daughter like Judy - and I had two like her! I thought about Judy often over the years and the world loses a little brightness when someone like Judy leaves us.

Judy was one of the best teachers I have known! Praying for you all! May you take comfort in knowing she touched many lives with the love of Christ!
