Not sure what to say?

Judy welcomed me into the world of early childhood development when I was new to the work. She supported me in thinking about the bigger picture and helped me see the importance of quality child care in the lives of all young children. Because of Judy I continue to advocate for quality child care all these years later. Her work has created so many ripples and impacted so many children and families.

To her family I send my condolences and my gratitude that they shared this strong,...

Judy was an inspiration to so many in the child advocacy community. She was funny, pragmatic and a no nonsense leader, a true voice for America's children.

Judy inspired generations of people with her complete, continuous devotion to children and families. She set a high bar for those of us committed to social justice.

I knew Judy from the national child advocacy arena. She was truly an inspiration to all of us who worked to better the lives of America's children. I have no doubt that Louisiana's children are better off because of Judy's dedication.

May God be with your family in this time of sorrow. Judy thank you for all of the remarkable work you have done and thank you for being a voice for all children from many walks of life!

I worked with Judy and Agenda for Children teaching abuse prevention and reporting. She was such an inspiration to me and many others...She will be deeply missed.

Judy helped me negotiate a difficult point in my life. I watched her strategize the beginnings of Agenda for Children and its growth over the years. Her passion for children was always coupled with a realism about the climate in Louisiana. My condolences to her children and grandchildren.

I'm been a part of the early childhood profession for 28 years and Judy Watts' name was always at the fore front of the race for children and families. Passion and dedication are two words that I will always remember when I think of her. Gone but never forgotten. My prayers are with the family.

I am so sorry for your loss, Uncle Jeff and Aunt Carol, and send deepest sympathy all of Judy's family and friends. What an amazing life. Love, Becky
