Not sure what to say?

Dr. Dante was one of my all-time favorite teachers. He had a greater impact on my life than I am sure he realized. I loved his Introductory to Physical Science classes at Boley Junior High. He truly loved teaching, and made learning a joy. I am thankful our paths crossed. My sympathy to his family - and yes, I remember the boys' names; Jed, Joey, and Jason! Lisa Brown Herron

Mr. Dante was an exceptional science teacher and mentor, as well as an extraordinarily kind man. I was in his 9th grade science class at Boley Jr. High, circa 1974-75. We met in a an old, wooden frame building. Only one other person in my family had had a college degree - my sister (who was an elementary teacher). Mr. Dante gave me a love of science that led to my getting a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry. I now am a deputy director of a technical office in the U.S. Department of State...

Charlotte and Family,
I'm saddened to learn of Jules passing. I will be lifting you in Prayer, for GOD to give you Peace and Comfort, during the coming days.
Charlotte, I'm so sorry for your great loss. I know GOD needed a Beautiful Angel in HIS Kingdom.
Prayers and Blessings,

Jules Dante was indeed a very compassionate and kind teacher who wanted his students to excel. In my years of service as principal at OPHS it was easy for me to see that Jules personally invested in students and pushed the students to do their best. I just read about his passing and my thoughts and prayers are with his family. His life positively impacted others!

I am so sad to hear of Mr. Dante's passing. He was an outstanding teacher & an even better person. Through the last 18-20 years since I sat in awe in his classroom, I have found myself sharing "Mr. Dante" stories. Not a stage in my educational journey has passed without appreciation of the genius that he shared so generously with all of his students. A great man. A model mentor. RIP Mr. Dante.

Mr. Dante was one of my very favorite teachers at Ouachita High School. He was always very patient with me, even though I struggled with some of the material. I think he could tell I wanted to learn and so he was willing to teach me. He was always very kind to me too. A few years later, I interviewed him for a very large assignment I had in college discussing Albert Einstein. His brilliant mind and kind heart will be missed but his memory will live on through all of us who knew and loved him.

So sorry for the loss of Jules. I worked with Jules brother Selwyn for many years. I had the privilege of meeting Jules through Selwyn. Jules always remembered me , although we didn't see each other very often. Jules was a real nice guy. So sorry I am unable to be with you all during this difficult time I your life. I am in rehab. My prayers will be with you daily.
