I knew Jules having worked with Phoebe for several years in La Leche League. He was a wonderful teacher and mentor. I like to think Dan and Phoebe were there to welcome him.

I had the pleasure of working with Jules in my first job in the Legislature. He was an amazing advocate for children and had so much to teach all of us. A force for the children, to say the least. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
