Julia Betty Billau

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I wish I was well enough to come and pay my respects in person. Being Betty's neighbor for 13 yrs. was wonderful. She was a wonderful fun woman. I can hear her laughing still. We would sit outside and talk for ages, it was like having another mom close by. She will be missed. Fondly. Libby Carlson
