RIP...I had Sr Julia Claire at SHV...she taught me never to lie about anything...and I thank her for never hitting me...I was so scared to be in her class especially when I saw her hit the best student in the class...I thought oh my if she hit Judy J what will she do to me...but thank you Sister Julia you were kind to me.

Just heard about Claire as my mother called her. We saw her fairly often while I was growing up. Always (almost) a sweet and smiling countenance. Great sense of humor.

My Aunt Claire was a wonderful person who devoted her life to the catholic faith. She cared deeply about family, friends and the many youngsters that she helped educate. She had a great booming voice and laugh that all will remember. My aunt will be deeply missed by the Cawley and Kavanagh families.
