My dear sis. Julie was one beautiful and sensitive person. She always had that beautiful and memorable smile on her face. She truly walked her journey out with God's Grace and Mercy. I have known Julie since we were students at Spencer School. I have fond memories of a slumber party at her house. How ironic that two Defiance girls ended up living in Englewood at the same time. In 2004 we had a random encounter at Lowe´s and that is how I found out we were almost neighbors. Julie was an inspiration to so many. She will be greatly missed.

We cherished every Sunday we met at church in our small group. We learned so much about how to live each other by her and Doug's example. She will be very missed by us. We love you Julie!

I didn't know Julie real well but I saw her (and Doug) at CLC often and I heard so much good about the woman Julie was and about her strong faith. We prayed for her often in Sunday School. My heart goes out to her husband and family and friends.
