My sincerest sympathy to all of Julia's family. She was a gracious, kind and lovely lady. I have fond memories of her at state convention with lots of laughs. My Mom Rita and and I are saddended by her passing but know she is at peace. May the memory of her beautiful smile enlighten the days ahead. Julia will be deeply missed.
