Julia A. Dolci-Dutton, 58 of Allentown, passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021 at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. Born in Trenton, Julie was a graduate of Hamilton High West and earned her Associates Degree from Mercer County Community College. Over the years she worked for various companies in a bookkeeping/accounting capacity. Julie loved life and had a smile that could light up a room. She enjoyed having fun with her family and friends and loved her annual trips to the Caribbean Motel in Wildwood Crest for “50’s weekend”. She also loved music, dancing, going on motorcycle rides with her husband Uwe, and going to the beach where she loved to listen to the sound of the ocean. Above all, she loved spending time with Uwe and her beloved cats.
Daughter of the late Norma and Anthony Dolci, she was predeceased by her brother, Anthony Dolci and her brother-in-law, Eberhard Gutscher. Julie is survived by her loving husband of almost 33 years, Uwe R. Dutton; her siblings, Elizabeth Dolci and her husband, Steve Schlipf, Sue Dolci, Rocky Joseph Dolci and his wife, Maryanne and Robert Dolci and his wife, Lori; her mother-in-law, Karin Dutton; her brothers-in-law, Kevin Studley, Arthur “Neil” Dutton, and Karsten Dutton as well as her nieces and nephews, Janice Dolci, Todd Bennett, Emily Grimm, Danielle Dolci, Jennifer Guerrero, Stacey Dolci, Abbie Stross, Rachel Owsieniuk, Erica Dolci, and Andrew Dolci.
A visitation will be held Friday, April 23rd from 11am-12:30pm with a funeral service to begin at 12:30pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown. Interment will be held at a later date in the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery.
