Read MoreTo Julia's family: I just found out; I am so sorry for your loss. Julia was a resident several times at the Byrdcliffe Art Colony in Woodstock, where I was the Director. She was a wonderful warm presence, full of art, singing, cooking and good fellowship. She contributed beautiful watercolors to the Byrdcliffe cookbook. She truly made the most of every day.
