Aunt Judy carried a light that never died and never will. I will miss that sparkle in her eyes and that beautiful smile . No matter the difficulties in her path , Judy NEVER spoke harshly of others-always appreciating the beauty a moment had to offer-something I find rare in a woman-something I respect so much in a human being. Meemaw, i kno u werent my blood relative, but i thought of u as my family! I hadnt been to visit in yrs, and for that, i feel awful, and am very sorry! A candle for you, momma. Lord knows that she lit a many of candle for everyone else. No matter the cause, if she felt you needed prayer or was lost and needed guidance, mom would always light a candle. She said it was to help the lost and troubled souls find there way.

Judy was a very kind person. We were friends from the neighborhood in Louisville. She and my sister Sue were close friends. Judy and my Mother shared the same birthday, and I would usually surprise her with a phone call or card on her birthday. She called me periodically, and we would talk for a long time. I enjoyed that very much. She had a great positive outlook on life. I will miss her. My thoughts are with all her family.
