I worked with Julia for some 22 years at USAMMA, Fort Detrick. She was a wonderful lady who took pride in doing a top notch job. She introduced me to her Red Hats group and we enjoyed many fun filled dinners and events. My condolences to her family I know she will be greatly missed.

So sorry to read this. Mother always spoke so well of her and enjoyed talking to her when the travelled together. Apparently mother knew her from Brunswick and her sister, Helen Harshman, lived near us. I remember meeting Judy when I was with mother. She was so pretty and very nice. This one hits the hardest for my Family at the Cottages. What a delight Julia was each day when I visited. Her and I shared many of comments, looks and smiles together. Julia knew where everyone was at all times and if she didn't she would look for you. My condolences to Cheryl and the rest of the Family. It seriously was a delight to get to know her.
