Not sure what to say?

Dear Julia, I know you would shrug off all the accolades but believe me, you brought a lot of new RNs into this crazy health care world with your common sense and genuine compassion for all. Thanks for "growing me up", too! God bless you on your way! Fran Frame

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Wishing comfort to the family in this time of your loss. She will be missed by many. God bless all of you.

My deepest sympathies to your family. I worked with Julia in the MICU. She was an inspiration, a great teacher, a kind and compassionate caregiver. I am honored to have known her. She inspired excellence in many nurses.

I worked with Julia for many years at CCF/MICU, she was my mentor, and my "IDOL" in the nursing world. She was such an excellent caregiver, kind, compassionate, caring, such a great teacher and what a smile. She always would go that extra mile in whatever she did!! I am so sorry for your loss, she will truly be missed. I am so glad I knew her. Debbie Guzman

Julia was my right hand when I moved from Texas 17 years ago to manage the MICU at Cleveland Clinic. She was such a positive influence on all of the staff and I could not have survived without her. She was a tremendous nurse and her family should be very proud of her. I will never forget her. Please find peace in the fact that she had a positive impact on so many people. Nancy Bair

I am so very sorry for your loss, may the God of all comfort be with you in your time of grief.

Mrs. Matthews was my boss at Braeview Manor for 7 years. She was a very kind hearted woman and I have so many memories of her. When I got the news I was very sadened to here it because I know she lived and worked for her family. she will be missed dearly... James Jones
