Julie was an incredible person. So full of life, effervescence and joy! She lit up any room she was in and she made any and everyone she spoke to feel at ease and welcomed. She was such a multi-talented, creative woman. She had a gorgeous voice, was an amazing artist, designer and writer.

What Julie was best at, however, was loving others. She loved her wife, her family, and her friends with a fierceness and passion that was all-consuming and yet gentle. It's astounding to think...

Family was everything to Julie. She was one of the 7 grandchildren of Jack and Clara Farrell. I have fond memories of 4th of July at her parents home. All the cousins gathered to swim and play. Julie had an amazing voice. I so admired her talent. RIP cousin, you will be missed. Gabby we are here if you need us.

Julie was my cousin (once removed, as her Mom and I were first cousins.) It seems strange to think that although I met Julie's brothers Keith and Bruce during annual trips to to Del Ray, Florida with my parents 3 decades ago, I never actually met Julie and Gabby as they were up in St Petersburg.
