Not sure what to say?

My Dearest Aunt Julia,
You were such a precious jewel. You were the oldest of my Mom's(Mattie Belle Anderson Johnson) sisters and I feel blessed to have you as my Aunt. You often invited me, (and Carlton), to spent Thanksgiving and/or Christmas holidays with you and Uncle Leonard at your home in Steelton. Your welcoming hospitality was the best. We spent the Christmas holiday, just a few years ago, with you and Uncle Leonard, and shortly afterwards Uncle Leonard passed away. I was...

To the Penn and Anderson Family. Although we all know we have to someday make this journey, we are always sad when someone like Miss. Penn takes her, leaving us behind. Just know that if we live our lives as she did, we will one day see her again in the glorious light. My prayers are with you during this time as always.

Aunt Julia,

I will always think of you with a smile. While we'll miss you, you'll never be forgotten. You remain in our hearts.

To Les, Mary and family,

I am deeply saddened by the loss of your sister. Our families were next door neighbors for years and I used to run to meet my father at Anderson's store every day after he got off of work. Miss Julia would put relaxers in my hair and fix me up in cute hairstyles when I was a little girl. Ms. Julia and my mother remained good friends throughout all these years. I will always remember Miss Julia and the entire Anderson Family. May God wrap his loving...

To the family of Sister Julia May Penn, Please know that you are lifted in my prayers. I remember working with Sis. Penn at the radio station years old with the Late Rev. Bob Bady. We had some great times, such a sweet woman.

Condolences to the Penn and Anderson families. Julia was a wonderful person who leaves a legacy of love and caring. I shall forever remember her for her many attributes and good deeds.

My heart and prayers are with you, Dr. Anderson (Les), in the loss of your last sister. Jesus will help you with the pain and remind you also of the fun you had with them--and with Julia.
Living next door to all of you was a special treat for me. Your family was always so warm and loving. With never a dull moment. Your parents were blessings, and I shall always remember them as well. God bless you and the rest of your beloved relatives as you grieve the loss of "Miss Julia" and...
