LIMA — Julia Mae Bell Skinner-Houston, age 83, passed from this life on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at approximately 9:30 p.m. at Lost Creek Center in Lima.

She was born in Eufaula, Alabama on February 14, 1935 to Lela Battle-Dillard and Edgar James; both parents preceded her in death.

My Julia my other mom God ever time I come home after greeting my mom I would run across the street to see you and the last to.e my my mom said she was gone but still here I was said at that but this here Julia is by far the saddest we would laugh and joke talk serious and she gave me so much wisdom always and forever my sweet lady missing you .
