Stanko, Julia Mary,

66, of Campbellsburg formerly of Pottersville NJ, passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2017.

The words "unconditional love" come to mind when remembering Julia Stanko. A loving wife of forty-six years to Joseph Stanko, a mother who lived by example raising her children in the word of God, a sister, a friend, and most of all a devoted servant to the Lord, Julia taught us all that when you're rock bottom, it's a good foundation for the Lord to build on. The Lord used Julia to touch so many lives, leading hundreds if not thousands to Christ. Her love of the Lord, above all, was steadfast and true. Julia often would speak in excitement about the day to come when we will meet the Lord. On this day, do not be sad, as Julia is with her Father in heaven, reunited with her husband. We, as a family, know not a place that she would rather be. Matthew 25:23: "His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord."

Survivors include her sons, James Stanko ( Sharon) and Joseph Stanko (Barbara); mother, Lillian Kramer (Richard); brother, Fred Scoleri (Shelley); sister. Lillian Lisowski; grandchildren, Bryanna, Zachariah, Brooke, Lilly, and Marah.

A graveside service will be held at Cherry Grove Cemetery in Nordmont PA on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 11 AM with reception to follow.
