IT IS UNUSUAL THAT A FAMILY MEMBER WOULD EXPRESS PERSONAL FEELINGS FOR THE THE DECEASED FAMILY MEMBER.HOWEVER I AM COMPELLED TO EXPRESS EXPRESS MY LOVE AND AFFECTION FOR MY SISTER WHO WAS LIKE A SECOND MOTHER.
