JULIAN G. "ROQUE " BARRAZA

I was a neighbor of Mr. Barraza for over 20 years. I always called him that to honor him.. Mr. Barraza "Roque" was a good neighbor and like a father to me.. I feel fortunate I told him one of the last days I saw him. Roque was a Veteran. He mentioned this several times to me and was proud of his service. Mr. Barraza over the years helped me with whatever I needed.. Like getting the bird out of my home when it flew in my house one day or fixing my washing machine when water overflowed from...

Edward (lalo) Montano and son Arthur give their condolence. Roque helped Lalo build his house in 1952-3 and addition in 1966 they were stationed in Missouri state for 1-2 years around the Korean war. Eileen Lalos wife knew him too but passed away in 2006. Arthur would help Roque when he could and last heard or saw him in late March.
