Not sure what to say?

Mr. Amaya was my Spanish teacher and he was a wonderful and supportive person. He will be in heaven resting and then teaching among the clouds.

Señor Amaya was also my Spanish teacher at Fort Vancouver - the one that was on 26th and Main. He was so helpful and patient. I went on to take Spanish in college, but have lost most of it since. I am moving to Arizona soon - 20 miles from the border - so I will be relearning it and always think of him.

Senor Amaya was my second and third years Spanish teacher at the old Fort Vancouver High School in the early 1960's. I graduated in 1963 and studied Spanish for three more years in college. I will always remember Mr. Amaya fondly and have a special memory of him and Mr. Bergman taking my one year younger sister and I to the Father Daughter function at school one year when our real father was too busy to do so.
