I love my brother, then and now. He was always a leader in high school (David W.Carter High), in Dallas. He was determined to obtain his Bachelor and Master Degree from Prairie View..and he did! I am so proud to be his big sister. He is truly a young man who set the bar high. Everyday I think of him. Everyday I miss him. Julian you are loved!!!

I regret to hear of Julian's demise. We will miss him. He was one of my former students, and he played a great role in assisting me with my classes as a guest speaker to educate those coming behind him. Rest in peace, Julian.
